· Assistance at all arrival and departure point.

EXCLUSION

· Domestic / International air fare and ship fare.

· Lunch & Dinner is not inclusive in the package.

· Tipping and portage payable to the driver, bellboy, room service or waiter.

· Any expense of personal nature like telephone bills, laundry bills, mini bar, etc

· Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.

· Medical and travel insurance.

· Camera tickets not included. Guests must purchase them directly at sightseeing locations.

· Fun/Joy rides at Water Sports Complex.

· Optional activities such as Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, and Jolly ride etc.

· Expenses occurred due to bad weather, Flight or ferry cancellation, strike or any political unrest to be paid by

· guest (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot)

· 5% GST not included

Cancellation Policy

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation

Charges from the Client
If you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
Package Cancellation Fee: 25% of total Package amount, per Package Applies.
Program Rescheduling: No Charges Applied!”

How to Book With Us

We have a variety of Products suiting the requirements of everyone. You can select the tour as per your preference. Once you select a Tour, you can book online. If you have selected the Tour and agreed upon the Terms and Conditions.

Budget, Standard & Premium Tour Packages

· 50% of Total Tour Package Cost

· Rest of the 50% balance Amount to be paid on the day of Arrival.

Deluxe & Luxury Tour Packages

· 50% of Total Tour Package Cost

· Rest of the 50% balances amount to be paid 7 to 15 Days before the commencement of tour (According to Hotel Policy).

Terms & Conditions

SERVICES & BOOKINGS:

The services are governed by the following terms & conditions:

· Schedules of booking to be notified by guest preferable 30 days in advance.

· Bookings for Tour will be initiated only on receipt of advance payment

· 50% as an advance to be given by the guest.

· Balance payment to be cleared after check in at the respective place of stay/hotel

· Any additional expenses during tour not accounted in estimates and incurred due to administration levies, additional services and/ or tour extension desired by guest will be charged extra and payable before completion of tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

· Cancellation Received on or before 30days, a 25% processing fee of the total package cost will be charged and remaining money will be refunded.

· Cancellation between 20 days to 29 days -40% of refund of total package cost.

· Cancellation less than 20 days of arrival or no show – no refund.

· The refund is initiated from our end within 7 working days of receiving the cancellation request.

· Please note that it may take 7-14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is imitated from our end.

· Mid –tour cancellation- yes you can cancel but the amount would be non refundable.

· It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever.

· No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15th December’ – 15th January’.

· No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.


Few Words of Our Operation:

· Our Tour Manager will explain Tour programme after arrival.

· Hotel/Resort 24 hours Check In and Check Out time is 08:00 AM at all mentioned Hotels.

· Please carry original ID card during your visit to Andaman.

· The Tour programme may be shuffled/Cancelled due to inclement weather condition.

· City Sightseeing points remain closed on Monday/public holidays.

· Any Extra Water Sports activity will be charged as per standard rates.

· The vehicle used will be exclusive for group till the end of tour programme as per itinerary every day. If any guests are required vehicle for their own purpose they should bear the cost as per market rate.
